OAA is an open, portable archive format for original comic art collection data.
The OAA specification is written for human readers and does not include visible requirement IDs inline.
Normative requirements for the OAA 0.1 Draft are tracked in oaa-0.1.yaml.
The generated traceability matrix in traceability.md maps OAA requirement IDs to specification sections and validation coverage where applicable.
Validator rule and fixture policy lives in the separate OAA validator repository.
